Valdipiatta's Pinot Nero is the expression of our desire to combine a passion for this noble vine with the curiosity to discover firsthand what surprises our terroir might yield. There are two thousand vines trained via spur cordon to which we dedicate a double harvest and a completely manual vinification. It is a wine that illustrates the artisanal nature of our work and our perennial enthusiasm for experimentation.
