The only white wine we produce, Nibbiano takes its name from one of the streams near the cantina. Roughly half the grapes that go into Nibbiano are red and they are pressed immediately without the skins. It's an accessible wine that is both fresh and easy to drink while its authentic and decisive character make it recognisable no matter the vintage.
